They’ll learn ball-handling techniques and practice passing and shooting drills. At the end of each class, players can try out the defensive and offensive strategies they’ve learned in half- and full-court matches.
Y Dance
Does your young performer love to dance? Have them join us for a session full of music, movement, and fun! We welcome children of any skill level to build self-esteem and confidence as they make friends and learn fundamental dance skills. A combination of musical games and dances will help them enhance their balance, coordination, and footwork.

This program rotates through three exciting racquet sports that build agility, coordination, and quick thinking: Pickleball (a mix of tennis, ping-pong, and badminton), Badminton (fast volleys and high-flying birdies), and Speedminton (no net and lightning-fast rallies).
Y Soccer
No matter their skill level, every child is welcome to play soccer indoors with us and enhance their stamina, agility, and overall balance through dribbling, passing, and kicking drills.
