Stay active and connected

You’re never too old to engage in the physical and social benefits of playing sports. All skill levels are welcome to drop in for some fun. Bring friends or make new ones as a part of our friendly Y community.

The following sports are available at the Kelowna Family Y only. If you’re not a member, check the hours and drop-in pages before you go, and don’t forget to bring your ID. Youth drop-in is for ages 13–18 and adult drop-in is for ages 19+.

Basketball

Basketball was invented at the YMCA, and it's still going strong here! The gym will be open and basketballs available for unstructured play.

Volleyball

Pickleball

Pickleball is a racquet sport which combines elements of badminton, tennis, and table tennis. We are currently only offering recreational pickleball (no competitive times).
