Prenatal wellness is FREE for everyone!
This wellness program includes yoga, barre, nutrition support, answers to your questions around pregnancy, healthy lifestyle tips from educators with a wealth of knowledge, and connections to other soon-to-be parents.
Attend as early in your pregnancy as possible, and stay with us after your baby is born! With weekly yoga, and six rotating topics, choose when to attend each session for a program individualized to your needs.
Education Sessions —Tuesdays, 6 pm (virtual)
Prenatal Yoga—Tuesdays, 7 pm (virtual)
Prenatal Barre—Thursdays, 7pm (virtual)
Aqua—Sundays, 4 pm (Kelowna Family Y)
Registration Information
Registration is required for the education and fitness classes. Here's how:
- On mobile: download the YMCA of Southern Interior BC App from the App Store or Google Play -or- On computer: go to the our class registration website
- Create an account
- From the menu, select "Free Classes"
- Find Prenatal Yoga, Prenatal Barre, Prental Aqua and/or Prenatal Wellness Education in the list
- Press "sign up now" (web) or "book class" (mobile) button
Email prenatal@ymcasibc.ca to receive the recurring access link.

This program is offered FREE to the community in partnership with Interior Health and The Bridge Youth and Family Services.
Family Play Time
Explore, create, imagine, and play in a variety of child development activities that you and your child will love!
Baby Talk
A free, drop‑in parenting group for caregivers with infants aged 0–12 months offered in collaboration with Interior Health. Connect with other parents, share experiences, and gain helpful knowledge in a welcoming, supportive environment. The group is facilitated by a Public Health Nurse, giving you the chance to meet a PHN, ask questions, and receive reliable guidance on early parenting and infant development.
First and third Monday of each month

Child Care Financial Support
As a charity, the Y believes no family should be turned away because of financial circumstances. Thanks to generous donors, the Y is able to provide financial assistance to families who could not otherwise afford quality child care or Preschool programs.
