Connect with your baby and other soon-to-be parents through specialized fitness classes and education sessions. Our educators have a wealth of knowledge about pregnancy, healthy lifestyle, nutrition, and more and are happy to answer your questions.

Family Play Time
Explore, create, imagine, and play in a variety of child development activities that you and your child will love!
Baby Talk
A free, drop‑in parenting group for caregivers with infants aged 0–12 months offered in collaboration with Interior Health. Connect with other parents, share experiences, and gain helpful knowledge in a welcoming, supportive environment. The group is facilitated by a Public Health Nurse, giving you the chance to meet a PHN, ask questions, and receive reliable guidance on early parenting and infant development.
First and third Monday of each month

Child Care Financial Support
As a charity, the Y believes no family should be turned away because of financial circumstances. Thanks to generous donors, the Y is able to provide financial assistance to families who could not otherwise afford quality child care or Preschool programs.
