Let’s make history. Let’s make a difference. Let’s ride!
This year is extra special as we celebrate Y Canada’s 175th anniversary, and we want YOU to help make the 19th Annual YMCA Cycle for Strong Kids our biggest, and most impactful event yet. So, gather your team, rally your friends, and bring your strongest spirit to the bikes.

Let’s pedal with purpose. Let’s change lives together.
Together, we’ll pedal with purpose, fueling healthy, lifelong development for children and youth in our community. Ride, donate, or come on down to Stuart Park to support this amazing cause while making lasting memories!
Teams of enthusiastic riders sign up, raise funds, and come together for an exhilarating 45-minute themed outdoor cycle class. But that’s not all—the whole community is invited to drop by for activities by donation for all ages including a bouncy castle, face painting, balloon art, photo booth, wellness zone, local food vendors, and more.
This action-packed event is made possible by the incredible generosity and support of our local donors, sponsors, partners, and participants.
Impact that stays local
All funds raised stay local, directly supporting children and youth through free or subsidized YMCA memberships and access to essential Y programs, including mental health supports, drop-out prevention and educational programs (Back on Track, Beyond the Bell), and family support services such as the Young Parent Program and Family Play Time.
Ride on and shine on with us!
Ignite your potential! Experience the thrill of camaraderie, fun, and sweat as you pedal towards a brighter future for our community’s children and youth. Every ounce of your effort directly supports those who need us most.
