Annual General Meeting (Business Meeting)

5:30–6:30 p.m.

The business presentation will explore the impact of our work together in 2025, and recognize our staff and volunteers for their longevity and ongoing excellence.

Who is eligible to vote at the AGM?

The YMCA of Southern Interior BC Bylaws state:

Article 4—Membership and Participation

4.1 Categories of Membership

There is one class of members of the Association. Members must support the purpose of the Association, be 16 years of age or older and are those:

1. who are members of the Board; or
2. who have made a receipted donation to the Association for a period of at least two consecutive calendar years; or
3. who have been active volunteers, contributing a minimum of twenty hours of voluntary service each year for at least two consecutive years.
