How it Works
EGYM is a personalized full-body training experience that creates a guided, safe, and effective circuit-style training plan just for you. To make sure you never over-train or stagnate, EGYM will automatically track your progress and alter your workout appropriately.
After being set up during your onboarding session, just swipe your wristband on a machine to access your workout. The smart machines will adjust to your body and set the reps, speed and resistance.
