Get ready to ride for a cause that truly matters! We’re can't wait to welcome back past participants and invite new riders to join us for an unforgettable day of energy, fun, and community spirit.

This year is extra special as we celebrate Y Canada’s 175^th anniversary, and we want YOU to help make the 19^th Annual YMCA Cycle for Strong Kids our biggest and most impactful event yet.

Together, we’ll pedal with purpose, fueling healthy, lifelong development for children and youth in our community. Every spin of the wheel brings us closer to creating brighter futures.
